We have a record of your IP address, home phone number and mailing address.

Passwords - SolidTrust Pay will never ask for your passwords unless expressly authorized by you during a verified phone conversation. You are NEVER asked to share your passwords or other sensitive information via email. Do not share your passwords with anyone. SolidTrust Pay will not be responsible for losses incurred by users as the result of their misuse of passwords.

Indemnification - you agree to indemnify and hold SolidTrust Pay, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claim, action, demand, loss, or damages (including attorneys' fees) made or incurred by any third party arising out of, or relating to, your use of our services.
