Wire transfer
When we send wire transfer we pay only our bank fees (SHA option). Payment will be an international bank wire transfer and may be subject to processing and/or intermediary bank and your bank charges. Goldexpay cannot be held liable for such charges. If you want us to pay all fees for wire transfer you need to contact our support team.

Money transfer
Money transfer fee is not included in our fee. Amount that you will receive depends on money transfer fee. If you want to know what amount you will receive for sure please contact our support team and we will help you with calculating.

StrictPay
Exchange with StrictPay can take up to 24 -48 hours to complete because StrictPay review each request.This review and approval process will normally be completed within 24 to 48 hours, but could possibly take longer if further review is needed.
